The Hilton Portland Downtown will be home to the 2024 Economic Mobility & Well-Being Conference. The hotel is located in Portland's city center blocks from the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, Pioneer Courthouse Square, Pioneer Place Mall, Portland Art Museum, Newmark Theatre, and several parks. Enjoy on-site dining at HopCity Tavern, serving modern American dishes with a focus on local, seasonal produce. HopCity Market also offers to-go items and custom espresso drinks. Standard Group Rate $182/Night + Tax
APHSA has negotiated a block of rooms for conference attendees – standard rate is $182 plus applicable taxes (currently at 16%). Reservations can be made directly with the hotel using their secure online portal by clicking on the “Book Hotel Room” button.
The hotel block will close on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Please make your reservations prior to this date to obtain the discounted conference rate. Note: In years past, we've experienced higher-than-normal hotel reservations for our conferences. We encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible. Once the block closes, the hotel will accept reservations based on current availability. However, the rate may be higher than the negotiated block room rate.
Use of Debit Cards
When an individual uses a bank debit card to pay for their hotel room, the hotel may secure all funds for the entire reservation at the time of check-in, plus a small fee per day for incidentals.
Cancellation Policy
All reservation cancellations must occur 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty charge.
